The company is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Developer Auditor to join their professional audit team. The successful candidate is responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of real estate development companies, ensuring strict compliance with international accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Duties & responsibilities

  • The associate plans and executes audits of real estate developers, including financial statements and internal control assessments.

  • The role involves evaluating the accuracy of financial records related to land acquisition, construction costs, and revenue recognition.

  • The professional assesses accounting policies applied to projects, specifically cost capitalization and fair value measurement.

  • The auditor reviews contracts, joint ventures, and lease agreements to identify potential audit risks.

  • Their team prepares concise audit reports detailing findings and actionable recommendations for client management.

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or ACA is preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards relevant to real estate (IFRS 15, IFRS 16).

  • Strong analytical skills using audit software and data analytics tools. AR:
