Remote Job at Airbase: Associate Customer Success Manager

Airbase is offering a job opportunity as a full-time Remote Associate Customer Success Manager. As a CSA, you’ll be an integral part of a growing Customer Success team. You’ll be primarily working with an exciting and fast-growing segment of customers that are just starting out their journey with Spend Management, and have a unique opportunity to engage with and grow a new part of our business. 

• Nurture a fast-growing group of customers through a tech touch model of engagement from point of sale on
• Own growing and expanding usage and revenue in this customer base to paid plans
• Re-engage inactive accounts within your portfolio
• Reports to the Director of Customer Success

• 1-2 years of relationship management experience
• Strong understanding of early-stage SaaS companies
• Strong Demonstrated Active Listening Skills 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make complex concepts simple
• Some accounting experience

Nice to Haves:

• Basic Knowledge of the principles of Customer Success
• Financial Accounting experience
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance at startups.
