Remote Job Opportunity as a Director of Media Buying (Paid Traffic) at Red Pine Digital

Red Pine Digital is looking for a growth-oriented Facebook Ads strategist to join its team in working directly with clients to grow their ad accounts by providing strategic analysis of what’s working, what’s not, and implementing action plans. It's a full time, remote work opportunity that requires overlap from 8 am-12 pm ET. Salary ranges from $3,000 to $4,000/mo for 20/hrs of work a week. Pay depending on experience with the possibility of revenue-share in the future. Strong preference for US and Canadian based candidates who have worked with clients in those locations. You will expand your skill set by becoming an expert in paid ads for SaaS.

You will be responsible for:

Daily/Weekly tasks:

• For client tasks:

1. Check the company inbox to process client requests.
2. Follow up with clients to get any deliverables the company asked them for.
3. Send updates for campaign results or communicate problems/roadblocks

• Team tasks:

1. Analyze ad accounts to determine what’s working and what’s not.

Monthly tasks:

• For client tasks:

1. Coordinate with media buyers to create a comprehensive monthly report for clients.
2. Identify future opportunities and initiatives for clients to implement.
3. Create an ad account audit for new prospects who want to work with the company.

• For team tasks:

1. Convey the plan from the client call is conveyed to the media buyers.
2. Ensure projects stay on track and the plan was received accurately.
3. Improve agency processes, SOPs, and documentation

For quarterly tasks:

• For client tasks:

1. Offer beyond-the-click insights that aren’t in the company's scope to implement but will help the client achieve the end result.
2. Convey forecasted scalability – how high can the company go in ads spend while maintaining or beating KPIs?
3. Make sure that the company is on pace to hit their yearly goal.
4. Identify when it’s a good time for clients to expand into other marketing channels.

• For team tasks:

1. Conduct performance reviews for media buyers.
2. Provide training materials and guidance to media buyers to develop their skill set.
3. Drive new ideas and techniques that the company can use for the clients.
4. Contribute to the creation of new SOPs and processes to ensure a consistently high level of results for the clients.

You must have:

• Managed large single-account monthly budgets of $10,000+ for B2B clients with Facebook Ads for info-products, affiliate products, high-ticket consulting, or SaaS in the US/CAN markets.
• At least 3-5 years of experience managing multiple FB ad accounts and clients simultaneously.
• Some experience working as a consultant that trains individual owners or marketers on how to run ads themselves.
• Some experience with all parts of funnel strategy; copywriting, landing page building, and CRO methodologies.
• Know how to identify what offer is best for where a person is in the funnel.
• Some experience presenting in front of 2-3 person groups on live video calls or hosted workshops/talks/skillshare.
• Experience working with Google Ads. Maybe also YouTube and LinkedIn ads (those are plusses).

• You might get annoyed if something is inefficiently done, knowing you could do it better.
• You notice outliers in a set of data or just generally when things “stick out.”
