Opportunity description
UpWork platform offers a remote job opportunity as a sales growth officer on the platform to support its high-growth sales efforts by supporting the strategic communication strategy across the sales funnel. You'll leverage knowledge of the B2B buyer's journey to develop and launch high-impact campaigns across the platform's customer journey. You will directly impact an organization's business development and retention through these campaigns. You will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners within the Sales, Customer Success, Sales Training and Effectiveness teams to further immerse yourself in the customer journey, so you can implement operational improvements and strategies, and measure their impact.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Support sales team communication strategies by launching new campaigns within the organization's sales automation tool Outreach.io.
- Actively analyze campaign performance.
- Make recommendations for improvements when needed, and then implement them.
- Gather quantitative and qualitative feedback from the sales team to roadmap platform-specific initiatives.
- Track best practices for using email to grow sales.
- Monitors industry trends and makes recommendations for A/B testing opportunities.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Enthusiasm for project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to different communication styles and build relationships with different teams.
- Background in sales automation or 1-3 years of experience in sales, primarily in the business sector.
- It is preferable to have experience in the field of copywriting.
- Attention to detail, listening, writing and organization skills.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to deal with problems and come up with decisive action plans.
- The ability to think strategically and make the necessary decisions to achieve various goals.
- The annual base salary for this job in California and Washington ranges from $57,000 to $86,000. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for this job in California and Washington, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for the Annual Bonus Plan and Sales Incentive Plan and will be able to participate in the Long-Term Stock Incentive Program.
