Google is offering a remote job opportunity as a Program Manager, Product Launch, Devices and Services. Google’s hybrid workplace includes remote roles. As a Program Manager in New Product Introduction, you will be the primary interface between Go-To-Market and Engineering/Operations teams. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll guide program planning, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly across the organization. You will coordinate teams and stakeholders spanning offices, time zones, and hemispheres, and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Duties & responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional program teams and work with external partners to prepare for product launch, on shelf, product lifecycle management, and end of life activities.
- Plan and execute device launch activities throughout the entire product launch lifecycle. Ensure product activities meet cost and customer experience requirements, and that the product launch meets program goals.
- Monitor field performance, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective action where appropriate.
- Define and implement tools and processes to ensure efficient communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in consumer electronics program or project management.
- 4 years of experience leading cross-functional teams with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, or Sales.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience launching Consumer Hardware or Infrastructure products across multiple international markets.
- Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, and Go-To-Market.
- Understanding of P&L and excellent financial acumen.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
