Opportunity description
Aramex offers a job opportunity for the position of a retail outlet executive. You will be considered a company ambassador as you must ensure the highest customer service standards, reinforce a positive customer relationship, and become the customer’s trusted advisor in accordance with Aramex values.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Attend to all walk-in customers’ needs promptly.
- Serve walk-in customers and provide full information and advice.
- Manage and meet customer expectations.
- Sustain high customer satisfactory service level.
- Provide excellent customer service for cash clients as per Aramex CS standards.
- Sell cash shipments “Outbound”.
- Attending to cash customers and fulfilling their requirements, solving their problems, following up their cases, and updating them.
- Promote Aramex campaigns for customers.
- Collaborate with the team of achieve the team objectives.
- Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
- Ensure outlet customer satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints to retain customers.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the logistics and shipping industry.
- Interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Customer relationship management.
