Your Role

As a Sales Intern, you’ll be part of the Sales tribe, playing a key role in driving growth and helping families access personalized learning solutions.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Exceed sales targets using effective closing strategies

  • Engage with existing clients to understand needs and build long-term relationships

  • Encourage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities

  • Ensure timely collection of installments and outstanding payments

  • Analyze the sales funnel to identify optimization opportunities


A Day in Your Life

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure

  • Call and communicate with parents and students to explain AlGooru’s services

  • Understand student needs and match them with the ideal tutor

  • Organize and coordinate trial tutoring sessions

  • Recommend personalized tutoring packages

  • Drive retention through proactive account management

  • Conduct follow-ups with new and existing clients

  • Follow up on outstanding payments

  • Improve response time to customer inquiries

  • Accurately collect, enter, and report sales data


Hiring Journey

  1. Screening & Intro Call (5–10 mins)

  2. Chemistry Meeting (15–30 mins)

  3. Technical Interview (30–60 mins)

  4. Vision Fit Interview (30–60 mins)

  5. Offer to successful candidates


Eligibility criteria


  • 0–1 years of sales or telesales experience

  • 0–1 years of experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

  • Strong proactive sales mindset

  • Deep understanding of Saudi consumer culture (mandatory)

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Goal-oriented attitude

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Availability: 6 days/week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday PM shift required: 2 PM–10 PM)

  • Commitment: 3–6 months

  • Compensation: Unpaid internship – commission-based only
