Your Role
As a Sales Intern, you’ll be part of the Sales tribe, playing a key role in driving growth and helping families access personalized learning solutions.
Duties & responsibilities
Exceed sales targets using effective closing strategies
Engage with existing clients to understand needs and build long-term relationships
Encourage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure timely collection of installments and outstanding payments
Analyze the sales funnel to identify optimization opportunities

Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
Call and communicate with parents and students to explain AlGooru’s services
Understand student needs and match them with the ideal tutor
Organize and coordinate trial tutoring sessions
Recommend personalized tutoring packages
Drive retention through proactive account management
Conduct follow-ups with new and existing clients
Follow up on outstanding payments
Improve response time to customer inquiries
Accurately collect, enter, and report sales data

Eligibility criteria
0–1 years of sales or telesales experience
0–1 years of experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Strong proactive sales mindset
Deep understanding of Saudi consumer culture (mandatory)
Strong negotiation skills
Goal-oriented attitude
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
Ability to work in a team
Availability: 6 days/week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday PM shift required: 2 PM–10 PM)
Commitment: 3–6 months
Compensation: Unpaid internship – commission-based only
