Duties & responsibilities
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the BMS market.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
Managing the end-to-end sales process.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including presales and engineering.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility criteria
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
A proven track record in sales, specifically within the Building Management System (BMS) industry.
In-depth knowledge of BMS products, solutions, and overall market dynamics.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in French and English; Arabic language skills are considered a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.
