The company is seeking an SDR Team Manager to run new inbound and outbound teams. The primary objective is to manage and mentor a successful team of 2-10 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs/BDRs) and maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline. The role involves not only managing inbound leads for a global tech company but also developing outstanding sales professionals, acting as a sales academy for the organization.
Duties & responsibilities
Managing and mentoring a successful team of 2-10 SDRs/BDRs.
Maintaining a multi-million dollar sales pipeline.
Developing outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy, and a rigorous work ethic.
Utilizing data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
Experimenting with new outbound approaches to adapt to market changes.
Fostering a culture of learning and skill development within the sales development organization.
Eligibility criteria
Excellent academic results at school and university.
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or STEM fields.
Knowledge and passion for business development, sales, and technology.
Proven track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results.
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement with a curious and scientific approach.
Creative problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.
Prior leadership experience in one form or another.
