Aramex offers a full-time job opportunity for the position of Sea Freight Specialist in Alexandria - Egypt.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day operational tasks for Import sea RFQ and Running shipments.
- Ensuring that all customers‘ freight arrives on time and inform customers in a timely manner as well.
- Liaising with overseas offices.
- Handling communication with shipping line and Booking agents.
- Monitoring shipments and keeping clients updated on progress/any delays.
- Handling Import ACID procedures.
- Liaising with Agents & shipping companies.
- Liaising with clients/carriers on arranging collections.
- Raising invoices to clients accurately and in a timely matter.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marine Transport or logistics field is an advantage.
- 1- years of experienced in ocean import freight forwarding.
- Language skills: excellent knowledge of English in writing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiar with FCL and LCL booking.
- Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of Incoterms.
- Familiar with Updated customs & export procedures
- Prepared to complete the entire job, from file creation to invoicing on time matter.
