Duties & responsibilities

  • The Senior Manager leads end-to-end large-scale transformational programs in finance operations, ensuring they meet strict timelines and quality standards.

  • Their team collaborates with clients to assess current-state operations and design future-state processes aligned with business objectives.

  • The company expects the manager to refine and upgrade finance operational excellence and intelligent automation offerings continuously.

  • The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs, guiding them through complex transformational journeys and implementation projects.

Eligibility criteria

  • Technical focus and professional credentials in EPM design and implementations.

  • Professional accreditation such as CIMA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent certification.

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience within a consulting firm environment.

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop junior colleagues as a team player.

  • Experience in the Financial Services (FSI) sector and fluency in English.
