Almarai is pleased to announce a job opportunity for the position of Senior Health, Safety & Security Advisor, whose task mainly is to provide higher-level HS&S technical advice and guidance to managers and employees.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Provide higher-level HS&S technical advice and guidance to managers and employees and reinforce a positive HS&S culture in the HS&S shared services.
- Driving the development and implementation of HS&S shared services initiatives, processes, and procedures supporting the reduction of accidents and loss events.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree or level 4 qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety Practice.
- Proficient in English and Arabic communication language (verbal and written).
- 7-9 years of experience working in the HS&S profession within Almarai or an organization with a similar hazard profile.
- Ability to conduct HS&S inspections and audits.
- Ability to conduct accident investigations.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments.
- Flexible in work prioritization ability.
- Self-motivated and Independent decision-maker.
