The company is seeking a highly autonomous Senior Product Manager to join their team and initially focus on the customer communication scope within their leading super app. The successful candidate will lay strong foundations in terms of product vision, discovery, and delivery processes for features like in-app chat, push notifications, and customer care. As the company expands its on-demand and financial services across multiple continents, the product manager will also be expected to autonomously run various new product initiatives.
Duties & responsibilities
The candidate will develop and execute strategies for the customer communication scope and other initiatives to enhance the user experience.
They are expected to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception through launch and continuous improvement.
The manager will analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to inform product strategy and feature development.
They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, engineering, and design to deliver high-impact products.
The role requires managing stakeholder relationships effectively, particularly in a remote setup, to ensure clear communication.
They will manage day-to-day routines, including agile ceremonies, backlog management, OKRs, and project management.
Eligibility criteria
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of proven work experience as a product manager in the tech industry.
A generalist profile with well-rounded skills in product management.
Strong strategic thinking, flexibility, and a high degree of autonomy.
A self-driven attitude with a strong bias to action and excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in a business-related field or managing Associate Product Managers is considered a plus.
