Deloitte offers a job opportunity in Canada for the position of ServiceNow Application Architect (Manager), it invites you to develop creative and innovative insights to solve complex challenges. This role will work within a small dedicated team to deliver solutions that underpin the overall compliance strategy of Audit within the firm.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Work within a dedicated team across various projects within the ServiceNow Platform.
- As part of a broader ServiceNow Center of Excellence team, you will be able to work with many other ServiceNow professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards to collectively deliver solutions internally within Deloitte.
- Use or develop skills in cutting-edge areas, including some of the latest ServiceNow spaces such as Governance Risk & Compliance and Integrated Risk Management.
- Interact with management and executives in a global environment from multiple countries and varied business areas across the organization.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow or other enterprise compliance platforms.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience with solutions or application architecture for technology solution development.
- Good understanding of IT Security standards, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP and REST.
- Experience in the Now platform outside of ITSM.
- Prior experience in a matrix management organization.
- Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow CIS is an asset.
