Duties & responsibilities
Define how the engagement should impact broader business objectives and create a team environment that builds accountability.
Lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior client experience.
Manage engagements across accounts within the chosen industry/sector.
Recommend new and innovative approaches to analyzing data and solving problems to help draw meaningful conclusions.
Manage and advance relationships with clients beyond immediate engagement needs and serve as a trusted advisor.
Lead the design of the client’s ServiceNow strategy and operating model.
Lead the architecture components of the work to design the client’s architecture blueprint.
Lead the development and automation of IT processes to generate efficiencies within the function.
Eligibility criteria
10+ years of ServiceNow or relevant consulting or industry experience.
Multiple ServiceNow mainline accreditations (Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect).
Experience managing large, complex projects with 12+ resources within a consulting environment.
Industry expertise in Public Sector, Energy & Resources, FSI, or TMT.
An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
Good command of written and spoken English language. Arabic is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
Certifications in related methodologies including PMP, TOGAF, Lean, Six Sigma.
A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time.
