Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager who is passionate about football. The ideal candidate must be a social media expert and football enthusiast, who understands the culture, trends, and global community of the game. You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and driving growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.
Create and curate engaging content that resonates with football fans, such as match updates, videos, and memes.
Follow football news and trends to create relevant content.
Manage organic and advertised content calendars regularly.
Leverage trending topics to drive brand growth.
Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure content quality. Analyze social performance to improve strategy and engagement.

Eligibility criteria
- Proven experience as a social media manager, preferably in sports or entertainment.
- In-depth knowledge and passion for football, whether you are a fan of the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, or any other league.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences, particularly about sports content.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to create engaging content that is relevant to football fans.
- Proficient in using social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- A willingness to work flexible schedules that may include weekends and late hours.
- A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box and generate new ideas for social media content.
- Basic graphic design skills and experience using multimedia content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva).
- Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to use data to drive strategy.
- Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools to evaluate the performance of posts and campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
