Hyland is seeking a Solution Consultant to provide consulting services, focusing on designing and implementing Enterprise Imaging software solutions for customers in the Healthcare industry. This role is remote and based in Saudi Arabia. The consultant will gather requirements, design best-practice solutions, and ensure successful deployment and support for clients' technical landscapes.
Duties & responsibilities
Perform requirements analysis by gathering business and technical information from key client stakeholders.
Design and build solutions, including configuring application development tools with minimum oversight.
Compose documentation outlining requirements for building the solution.
Test configured solutions to ensure they function as designed and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for customers.
Develop migration plans for configured solutions into the production environment.
Participate in infrastructure conversations to define proper system needs based on the customer's technology landscape.
Note: The average travel requirement for this job is 30% annualized.
Eligibility criteria
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of scripting, system architecture, or relational databases.
Direct experience within the Healthcare industry and Enterprise Imaging solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Exceptional communication skills to investigate issues, ask probing questions, and speak clearly to technical and business audiences.
Strong multitasking, collaboration, and self-motivation skills to manage projects to completion.
