Store Keeper Vacancy at Delma Group Jobs in UAE

Delma Group is offering a job opportunity in Dubai, UAE as a Store Keeper.

1. Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
2. Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
3. Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
4. Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
5. Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
6. Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies
7. Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
8. Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and minor repairs
9. Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
10. Create purchase orders and utilize purchasing card to perform low-value procurement activities
11. Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.

1. Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles
2. Knowledge of environmental and health impact of chemicals being stored in the warehouse
3. Knowledge of identification, handling, storing and disposal of wastes and expired chemicals
4. Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure.
5. Ability to pass a typing test at 35 words per minute
6. Ability to operate a personal computer and related software
7. Good communication skills in English Language.
