Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will work to receive all goods and food & beverage items for the hotel.
- Manage the procurement of all goods on property.
- Ensure all items are stored in the designated areas and control the distribution and rotation of all stock as well as be responsible for the health & Safety of your designated areas.
- Supplier communications, pricing and vendor analysis, project work, and ensuring the business is procuring quality goods & services at the best competitive prices.
- Operate with genuine care for the well-being of guests and colleagues alike, you believe passionately in creating and supporting a caring environment that allows people to be their best.
Please note: Not only can this be a physically demanding role due to the nature of the work, your shifts may also be subject to change, to include weekends to accommodate the demands of the business.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Previous experience in Materials Supervision, preferably with experience of procurement systems such as BirchStreet and Iscala.
- Organization skills and can self-manage their time effectively.
- A people-focused, and team player.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and food and beverage and are motivated to change and grow.
