1. Identifies, develops, and implements recruitment policies, practices, and programs to meet organizational and line management needs
2. Provides interpretation and counsel to line Management regarding recruitment policies, programs and practices
3. Analyzes organizational resources needs and plans for hiring
4. Liaises with recruitment agencies for supply of resources
5. Assist in analyzing the performance of recruitment process and recruitment metrics
6. Leads employer branding initiatives
7. Organizes and attend job fairs and recruitment eventsTop of FormBottom of Form

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. HR major is a Plus
• 2+ years of relevant experience
