GEMS Education is offering an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Executive – Education role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, within its Human Resources team. This role focuses on attracting top educational and administrative talent to support the expansion of the organization’s schools through efficient and professional recruitment processes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing effective hiring strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to understand recruitment needs. The role also involves managing the full recruitment cycle—from job posting to candidate selection—while utilizing modern sourcing tools and enhancing the candidate experience to reflect the organization’s professional image.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Implement effective recruitment strategies for various roles
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand job requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, and evaluation)
  • Build a strong candidate database across multiple platforms
  • Use innovative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
  • Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events
  • Partner with universities and colleges to attract graduates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process



Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
  • Experience using recruitment systems (ATS)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the education sector is preferred
