Opportunity description

PwC is offering a job opportunity as a Tax & Legal Services - Employment and Reward - Manager - KSA. We are looking for an Arabic speaking employment lawyer with 2-5 years’ PQE to join our Employment & Reward practice. The successful candidate will be based in KSA (either in Riyadh or Jeddah).  Travel Requirements: Up to 20%.

Duties & responsibilities

The role will involve:

  1. providing employment advice in respect of the entire spectrum of employment and labour matters, including pensions, executive compensation, the future of work and privatisation
  2. managing regional employment projects
  3. working closely with the global employment network on multi-jurisdictional matters
  4. working in a multi-disciplinary environment with other PwC professionals
  5. training and coaching junior members of the team
  6. supporting with and, in time, leading business development initiatives

Eligibility criteria

  1. between 2 and 5 years’ post-qualified experience gained at a reputable law firm
  2. significant and demonstrable employment law experience (preferably in the GCC though other experience will be considered)
  3. evidence of assisting with business development initiatives
  4. strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  5. strong communication and analytical skills
  6. Bilingual - English and Arabic language fluency
  7. Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor Degree - Law
