This position, based at the Innovation Center in Egypt, focuses on delivering advanced technological solutions to complex challenges for clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role offers the opportunity to lead business continuity and operational resilience programs, manage implementation teams, design crisis plans, and conduct risk assessments to ensure clients’ business continuity according to the highest global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs.
- Manage teams to ensure the successful implementation of business continuity and crisis management initiatives.
- Facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops to identify critical business functions and recovery priorities.
- Develop recovery plans including Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Crisis Management Plans (CMP), and IT Disaster Recovery Plans (ITDRP).
- Conduct training sessions and awareness campaigns on resilience and staff roles during crises.
- Perform audits against ISO 22301 standards to evaluate and enhance clients' BCM programs.
- Design and organize scenario-based crisis simulations and exercises to test recovery capabilities.

Eligibility criteria
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management or related areas.
- Proficiency in English and effective communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
