Blink Tech Inc is seeking a Tech Lead responsible for guiding and managing a team of developers, ensuring the technical feasibility of proposed project designs, and facilitating technical decisions. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand and define project goals and scopes. This role involves driving coding standards, mentoring developers, and resolving complex technical issues to ensure that technical solutions meet business objectives.
Duties & responsibilities
Providing technical leadership to a team of software developers and guiding the team's direction through the software development lifecycle.
Leading software development projects by managing resources and ensuring high-quality code is delivered on time.
Designing, developing, and testing software solutions using advanced programming languages and technologies.
Ensuring the technical feasibility of proposed project designs by collaborating closely with the design team.
Driving coding standards and best practices by conducting peer code reviews and mentoring team members.
Identifying and resolving complex technical issues by monitoring software performance continuously.
Eligibility criteria
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Ruby, Java, and JavaScript.
Strong background in designing, implementing, and managing microservices architecture and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Asana) and Git version control.
Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and secure software development lifecycles (SSDLC).
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
