Yassir is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team. The company is looking for an experienced professional to own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from sourcing to closing candidates, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Duties & responsibilities
Partnering with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their hiring needs.
Building creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent.
Guiding candidates through the interview process and providing a great candidate experience.
Owning the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing candidates.
Ensuring data integrity in their ATS (Lever).
Eligibility criteria
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
Experience working in a high-growth tech company or startup.
Strong sourcing skills and ability to build talent pipelines.
Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
