L'Oréal is offering HR Generalist Graduate Traineeship in Dubai, UAE. An internship at L’Oréal Middle East will allow you to gain a strong professional experience, learn and connect with the best in industry! Come & join our HR team for a 6-12 months assignment. 

1. HR support for managers dealing with queries effectively
2. Supporting and leading HR project work
3. Contribute to the implementation of one or several HR projects
4. Assist with various annual HR processes
5. Maintain and update various HR reports
6. Coordinate the various players involved
7. Carry out activities linked to a specific area of HR
8. Carry out tasks in accordance with L’Oréal values

1. You must be in your final year or a fresh graduate (less than a year)
2. You must be available for at least 6 months starting January 2023.

4. Demonstrate an ability to work in a multi-functional environment, and interact effectively with your business partners
5. Be able to operate in a fast moving environment and to manage time efficiently in order to meet deadlines
6. Strong communication skills, the ability to build genuine relationships and to network with people at all levels

8. Displays ability to learn, change and innovate
9. Responds with flexibility and resilience when faced with multiple demands and shifting priorities
