Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Write and edit user interface text, microcopy, and user assistance content that guides users through digital products and interfaces.
- Create clear and concise messaging for buttons, tooltips, error messages, onboarding flow, and other interactive elements.
- Ensure that the language used is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with the brand's tone and voice.
- Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, and product teams to gather insights about user behavior and preferences.
- Develop content strategies that align with the overall user experience and product goals.
- Establish and maintain content style guides and standards to ensure a consistent user experience across the product.
- Adapt content for different languages and cultures, considering linguistic and cultural nuances.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate content seamlessly into the user interface.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UI/UX writing.
- Create and maintain content guidelines, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency across the product.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (fresh graduate).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to localize content effectively.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Familiarity with UX and UI design processes and terminology.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
- Proficiency in using online tools and familiarity with collaboration tools.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- International experience, is a plus.
- Previously worked in fast-growing SaaS start-ups, is a plus.
