Duties & responsibilities

  • Providing daily administrative support to project teams and staff.
  • Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
  • Managing and organizing files, records, and administrative data.
  • Supporting operational and logistical processes within the office.
  • Assisting with procurement and office services when needed.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Supporting the management of contracts, invoices, and basic financial documents.
  • Using Microsoft Office systems and digital administration tools to manage daily tasks.
  • Contributing to the organization of activities and events related to international and development projects.


Eligibility criteria

  • Applicants should have either a high school diploma with 4 years of administrative experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with no prior experience required.
  • Experience in administrative work, project coordination, or operational services is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • Strong skills in:
    • Microsoft Office
    • Digital collaboration and management tools
    • Organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and events
  • Ability to work within an international and multicultural team environment.
  • Previous experience with the United Nations, international projects, or EU-funded projects is considered an advantage.
