ABB is offering a job opportunity as a HR Operation Specialist in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. You will be working as a HR Operation Specialist and will be the part of Global Business Services for HR Operational Services Division based in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to HR Operation Team Lead and will be responsible for delivering Human Resource service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees according to the agreed SLA, In This role you will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, Reporting to the HR operations Manager.
Duties & responsibilities
- Deliver HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees according to defined Service Level Agreements. Act as liaison between the HR Onboarding program, Global Business Services, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and maintain a seamless Onboarding experience.
- Handle employee life cycle activities like onboarding, separation, personal data changes, transfer, etc. Manage employee’s labor contract and personal file and documentation, employee helpdesk for query resolution.
- Support HR master data & ERP system maintenance. Ensure that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy, provide reports when required.
- Coordinate with vendor/agencies, prepare reports and documents for authorities and checking the quality of output from other HR Services Specialists. Support internal/External Audit Process. Communicate information about policies and standards to internal customers clearly and concisely to ensure adoption.
- Identify improvement opportunities and taking charge of process improvement projects, support in the Ad Hoc Projects. Effectively follow up on projects execution, providing regular feedback to stakeholders and maintain updated reports status on different initiatives.
- Coordinate and support training programs logistics. Handle benefits logistics (Medical/life/Travel/etc.). Global Mobility, full Awareness of Labor Law & Labor office requirements and handling all Social Insurance related activities.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Administrative services (or similar) working with SOP’s (standard operating procedures) and HR related ERP systems and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, word, Excel) and SAP.
- Excellent organization skills to keep records in place and easy to refer to at all times.
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time and to work in cross-functional teams. A collaborative, solution-focused approach.
- Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
