Vacancy at Al-Futtaim in UAE: Aftersales Services Reception Supervisor

Al-Futtaim is offering a job opportunity as it is looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor to work for Al Futtaim Aftersales Services in Sharjah. That will ensure courteous and professional handling of customers and ensure quality repairs of vehicles to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.

The role will report to the Service Manager and you will be working in a busy workshop environment wherein you will be dealing directly with Service Advisor, Controller, Foreman & Technicians in a daily basis.

1. Establish clear communication with customer and staff to enhance job completion, quality and develop customer confidence.
2. Ensure top quality work job by matching principals' repair standards.
3.  Enhancing Customer Satisfaction and diminish return jobs.
4. Ensure high level of productivity to increase profits and quick turnover of job.
5. Ensure vehicle is received efficiently and in a professional manner to assure customer that his vehicle is in safe hands. Ensure proper delivery of the vehicle to the customer.
6. To ensure the branch impact planning meetings are held monthly and action taken.
7. You will be assigned in a busy workshop & multi-cultural environment where you need to maintain a high level of productivity, efficiency, discipline and professionalism among your people.

1. Minimum 2 years of Reception Supervisor/ Manager experience in the automotive industry
2. Experienced in the automotive industry
3. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Diploma
4. Excellent MS Office skills
5. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any technical automotive related field
6. 2-3 years’ recent experience as a Reception Supervisor or Manager in the automotive industry
7. Ability to communicate effectively and must have a strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills alongside with supervisory competence
8. Excellent knowledge in MS Office is a must have for this role.
