Al-Futtaim is offering a job opportunity in Dubai, UAE as a Senior Administrator, Listing. The position is responsible for prospecting leads, following-up with clients and building a client base.

1. Prospect pre-qualified leads to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
2. Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
3. Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
4. Complete Real Estate listing paperwork, create links with listing portals
5. Plan, budget and execute the marketing on those portals to ensure accurate information, high quality images and updated information that promotes quick sales
6. Follow-up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings

1. Minimum 3 year of experience in Real Estate sales
2. Advanced skills in using CRM software to keep customer and unit information organized, updated and confidential
3. Strong understanding of the Real Estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
4. Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
