Aramex is offering a job opportunity in Bahrain as an Account Manager.
Duties & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationship with the existing customers.
- Identify business development opportunities from customers.
- Constantly create revenue generating channels from Cross Selling and Upselling streams to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives and targets.
- Increase cross selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Ensure Sales targets are met.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree (Logistics preferably)
- 2-5 years’ experience of Customer Service preferably handling key business clients
- Ability to handle challenging situation in a composed manner
- Excellent English Verbal & Written skills
