Aramex is offering a job opportunity in Dubai, UAE as a PMO Specialist.

• Initiate, plan, and govern several projects across the network across the entire project lifecycle
• Responsible for application of PMP standards and methodology
• Document and manage project documentation (Project initiation document, project plan, scheduling,
• budgeting, etc.)
• Manage project dependencies
• Track project progress and budget spending
• Track deliverables and benefit realization
• Facilitate change control processes
• Document and resolve of concerns, issues, and risks
• Ensure alignment to strategy
• Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders
• Create working relationships with project managers

• Holds a BE in Industrial Engineering or relevant industry
• Has experience in handling projects from initiation to closure
• Is proficient in documentation and content writing
• Fluent in English; Spoken and Written
• Management and leadership skills
• Analytical and interpersonal skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to motivate people
• Strong communicator and presenter
• Financial acumen
• Project management certification – preferred
