Main priority is to ensure that we are always able to help our clients align their business and technology strategies and to pursue these in a sustainable and supportive way. As a Consultant, you will be expected to understand and apply Deloitte’s methodologies for delivering our core services. No two days will be the same and this is just a small snapshot of what you could be doing:

• Meeting with clients to understand their requirements, and translating and documenting the requirements into technical solutions
• Conducting interviews/workshops to gather information
• Project managing steams of work for large technology transformation projects
• Identifying improvements in business processes and their IT models
• Supporting with business development activities

Previous experience in a business analyst role working in large complex technology projects

• Ability to relate business problems to the technology teams and communicate how technology provides business solutions 
• Understanding of the general principles of information technology and technical/process experience (e.g. IT Service Management, IT Operating Models, IT Strategy, Agile Delivery, IT Project Management) 
• Experience managing stakeholders with strong written and verbal communications skills
• Experience or knowledge of the healthcare industry would be preferred

Previous IT consulting experience is preferred but not essential. We will consider applicants with a background in the health industry (for eg. Nurse, occupational therapist, clinician) looking for a career change into consulting.
