GEMS Education is offering a job opportunity in GEMS ROYAL DUBAI SCHOOL - DUBAI, UAE as an Assistant Head Teacher – Learning and Teaching.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Developing pedagogy across the whole school to impact on raising standards for all - including SEND, ELL, Gifted and Talented and Emirati students.
• Optimising HPL across the school to contribute effectively to our vision of a High Performing Culture.
• Drive the effective monitoring of all aspects of learning and teaching to accelerate student and staff performance.
• To support the development and delivery of an effective professional development programme tailored to the specific needs of staff and targeted areas for whole school development.
• Ensuring effective Performance Management for teaching staff is planned and actioned to include Quality Assurance, mentoring and coaching opportunities.
• Playing a key role in School Self-Evaluation ensuring agreed actions are effective, timely and positively impacting on student outcomes.
• Providing leadership support to Curriculum Leaders to set robust targets and Annual Action Plans that improve pupil outcomes.
