The successful candidate will define target buyer personas, conduct market research, and plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires managing the brand's presence on social platforms, creating compelling marketing content, and driving lead generation initiatives.
Duties & responsibilities
Develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies and sets measurable KPIs.
Plans, executes, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising.
Sets up and manages marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
Creates compelling marketing content including blog posts, case studies, and website copy.
Drives lead generation initiatives through content marketing and outbound campaigns.
Establishes and maintains consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.
Produces monthly performance reports and uses data-driven insights to optimize efforts.
Partners with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts and communicate value propositions.
Eligibility criteria
2-4 years of professional marketing experience, with B2B SaaS experience highly preferred.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, web analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, sales cycles, and marketing funnel optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with full professional fluency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a remote work environment.
