Opportunity description

Bedaya Center offers a job opportunity as a Marketing and Sales Manager to join the team in Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, as the manager will supervise the preparation and development of marketing and sales plans, organize sales activity, monitor and evaluate marketing and sales activities, and follow up on the implementation of the approved plans to serve the company’s strategic plan. The manager will also be responsible for raising the company's marketing share in the target markets to achieve a competitive advantage, providing the best marketing and sales services for the company's products, goods and services to achieve a wider spread, and identifying the human resources, their qualifications, needs and training.

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Participate in setting the main objectives and participate in their formulation.
  2. Participate in meetings and express an opinion on the results and decisions.
  3. Drawing up general policies for the Marketing and Sales Department, and setting marketing and sales procedures in cooperation with the rest of the departments.
  4. Presiding and managing the periodic meetings of the Marketing and Sales Department and assisting in issuing appropriate decisions based on the facts received.
  5. Suggesting improvement, remedial and preventive measures that would improve work performance.
  6. Supervising the preparation and development of marketing and sales plans and studies and following up their implementation.
  7. Setting marketing and sales goals and objectives and developing strategies to achieve these goals.
