Duties & responsibilities

Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.
Delivering expert customer experiences.
Eligibility criteria
1+ year of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED.
Strong focus on building customer relationships and comfort explaining technology.
A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home with high-speed internet.
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and computer navigation.
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred.
