Duties & responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact for clients regarding all aspects of the employment life cycle for all categories of staff.
Provide accurate, proactive advice on People and Culture (P&C) processes, policies, and the transparent resolution of HR issues.
Contribute to strategic workforce planning, recruitment of personnel (staff, consultants), and their orientation/induction.
Support the implementation of key HR initiatives, including the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy and the OneHR Strategy.
Liaise with Headquarters and regional offices to support corporate P&C strategy formulation and system improvements.
Implement the Guinea 2025 Global Staff Survey Action Plan and other Duty of Care Initiatives.
Eligibility criteria
Must be a national of a country OTHER than Guinea (Strict International assignment rule).
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Psychology, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in Human Resources Management at the national or international level.
Fluent in both English and French (Required).
In-depth technical knowledge of HR management principles, IT systems, and e-recruitment platforms.
Experience implementing targeted, innovative human resources strategies within a fast-paced organizational setting.
Willingness to live and work in potentially harsh conditions, as Guinea experiences a tropical monsoon climate and periodic socio-political crises.
