Opportunity description
The 3-Minute Competition is open for entries in original plays, songs, and stories that last for 3 minutes. The competition is open to all, but scripts/stories/lyrics must be in English.
All entries need to be family-friendly in order to be suitable for performance at Glaisdale’s Mini-Arts Festival.
The panel of judges includes Lydia Reid, Martin Vander Weyer, Lisa Williams, Mark Stratton, Maddy Prior, Sarah Dew, Angela Hannaford, and Mark Goodall.
- Entry fee: £6.00 for a first entry in that category, and £3.00 for any subsequent entry.
- Prizes: Winning plays, stories, and songs will receive a cash prize and be performed at the Mini Arts Festival in Glaisdale from May 29 to May 31, 2026.
Deadline: February 15, 2026.
