Afrika Kommt Fellowship to Germany for Future Leaders from Sub-Saharan Africa

Afrika Kommt is an initiative started by a group of leading German companies. It aims to bridge the market gap between Germany and Africa and help German companies explore new frontiers to ensure economic and social success. The fellowship is an eight months practical training in leading German enterprises which would allow them to gain top-notch experience. Participants also get to take German courses and navigate the culture while there. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and must have at least 2 years of experience.
