Annual Spring Photography Contest 2018

Photographer’s Forum Magazine and SIGMA present the 38th Annual Spring Photography Contest, open to all amateur photographers, both students and non-students, worldwide. There is no age limit and the Subject matter is open. Those interested are invited to submit their entries for a chance to win cash money prizes and photography equipments.

Entries must meet the following specifications:

[1] Minimum Image Dimensions: 1,000 pixels x 1,000 pixels
[2] Maximum Image Dimensions: 6,000 pixels x 6,000 pixels
[3] Allowable File Types: JPG, PNG and GIF
[4] Color Space should be Adobe1998, sRGB or untagged color space
[5] Maximum File Size: 6 Mb
[6] Do not upload photos with watermark names, image frames or borders
[7] All uploaded entries are final and cannot be replaced, deleted or edited by Photographer’s Forum Magazine

Finalists will be notified by July 27, 2018 and winners are announced on August 10, 2018. All Finalists, winners and 100 Honorable Mentions will be published in the hardcover book Best of Photography 2018. Winners will also be published in the November 2018 issue of Photographer’s Forum Magazine.

[1] First Place: *$2,000 & Sigma 24-35mm F2 DG HSM | Art lens
[2] Second Place: *$1,500 & Sigma 24mm 1.4 DG HSM | Art lens
[3] Third Place: $1,000
[4] $125 goes to each of five 4th place winners

*It is important to know that the lens award for the first and second places are only for US residents only. International photographers who win first or second places will receive an additional $500 to their prize.
