Opportunity description
Arij Foundation offers Arij Investigative Award recognizing outstanding work in the field of Investigative journalism in the Arab World.
About Arij Award:
This year marks the 11th ARIJ Annual Awards which honor journalists who take on official criticism, reluctant sources, and risk of retaliation to bring citizens information about corruption and injustice in their societies. The awards acknowledge the integrity and professionalism of these journalists. They set benchmarks for future generations to model. The awards are nonpartisan, independent of all factions, organizations, political parties, corporations, labor unions, religions or causes beyond investigative reporting itself.
