The enrollment for the Golden Turtle 2019 creative competitions has been officially opened and authors around the world are invited to enter their best work.&nbsp;Golden Turtle is the largest international cultural and ecological event in Russia, dedicated to celebrating the beauty of the wildlife.Categories :&nbsp;<ol><li>Ecological problems - Posters depicting a free choice of topics on the problems of environment preservation. The nature and impact of anthropogenic factor (both negative and positive), or any other topic reflecting the interaction of humans and the environment.</li><li>Conservation of wild nature - Posters on the topics of wildlife and its conservation. Reflecting the beauty of our planet and wildlife through the means of graphic design.</li><li>Series - A series of posters on any environmental topic, depicting the same issue and complementing each other within the series.</li></ol><h3>Eligibility Requirements (Criteria):</h3><ul><li dir="ltr">Anyone may submit his/her works to participate in the competition, except for the competition organizers and the professional jury members.</li><li dir="ltr">The official competition languages are Russian and English.</li><li dir="ltr">Author (artist) shall mean a person who created the artwork and presents his/her work to the competition, has full copyrights and powers to decide on all organizational issues related to the participation of the work in the competition.</li><li dir="ltr">Work shall mean an artistic canvas created by various techniques of fine art, complying with the competition conditions and owned by the author.</li><li dir="ltr">The work must be made by hand by the author from the beginning to the end, with the exclusion of any and all mechanical, digital or photomechanical processes.</li><li dir="ltr">The author shall upload the works subject to the following technical requirements:<ul><li>The work shall be submitted in digital form by scanning or accurate re-photographing of man-made works;</li><li>The image format shall be JPEG;</li><li>The dimensions shall be 2,000 pixels horizontally for horizontal works; 2,000 pixels vertically for vertical works; the file size shall be no more than 1 MB.</li></ul></li><li>The author shall provide the following information on his/her work:<ul><li>Author&#39;s name;</li><li>The idea behind the project and depicted animals/nature objects containing no less than a 500 symbols.</li></ul></li><li>The author may submit to the competition no more than 20 works.</li><li>One work may be presented in one nomination only.</li></ul><h3>The main stages of the contest:</h3><ul><li>Completion of the artwork registration on April 30, 2019.</li><li>Semi-finals May 1, 2019 - May 14, 2019.</li><li>Finals May 15, 2019 - May 25, 2019.</li><li>Special nominations June 11, 2019 - July 15, 2019.</li><li>Award Ceremony &ndash; Autumn 2019</li></ul><h3>The Prize:</h3><ul><li>The competition winners who won 1st place in their nomination will obtain a cash prize of USD 1,000.&nbsp;</li><li>The laureates who won the second and the third places in their nomination will obtain valuable prizes and gifts from the Festival sponsors and partners.</li><li>The winners of the competition will be exhibited in Moscow and St. Petersburg during Autumn 2019.</li></ul>See more available <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Events-Festivals-and-Conferences">events and conferences</a> on For9aSee more available <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Competitions-and-Awards">competition and awards</a> on For9a
