New Brunswick University in Canada is offering scholarships to international students who have completed high school and wish to begin their bachelor's degree in Canada.  Scholarships are awarded primarily based on grades.  That said, some scholarships take into account other criteria like financial need and extracurricular activities.  Students are required to apply for admission to the university before applying for scholarships.The scholarship provides $500- $100,000 for tuition fees.
