Kicking off with a culturally rich reception, September 9th, The Global Summit VI will unite 200 leading change makers across all sectors, ages, and backgrounds in three days of collaboration, education, and innovation, Sept 10-12 at Generations for Peace HQ in Al Hussein Youth City, Amman.
Through three days of collaborative training, innovation and facilitated dialogues in 4 Impact Streams (Education 4 All; Femimomics; Living Well; Thriving Cities), each will nominate the top three solutions (Technological; Policy; and On-the-Ground) for the follow on Champion Training (Sept 13) Hackathon (Sept 14-15) and Global Pitch (Sept 16).
The Global Summit is an invitation only event seeking dedicated agents of change across 6 key sectors, including: Artists In Action, Responsible Media; Educational Institutions; For-Profit Business; Collaborating Non-profits; & Social Entrepreneurs.
Primary Goals of The Global Summit are:
[1] Integrate, innovate and apply more transparent, inclusive and accountable governance systems that empower all people to have their voices heard in shaping solutions to the issues that affect them.
[2] Advance our universal framework for sustainable community development along with delivery of vital educational tools enabling local self-determination, and effective collaboration across civil society.
[3] Find and spread breakthrough technological and social innovations with the power to foster sustainable livelihoods and regenerate the planet’s ecosystems upon which all life depends.
By participating in the Global Summit VI, applicants will:
[1] Gain leading edge leadership skills .
[2] Gain relevant connections.
[3] Multiply their impact through synergistic collaboration in a dynamic.
Participants are responsible for travel costs and tuition fees which are income based with options ranging from JD49 for students and grassroots leaders to JD381 for C-level Executives. The Global Summit VI is working to make sure no dedicated change agents are left out for lack of funds through its scholarship program.
Based on merit and financial needs, The Global Summit VI partner community will waive Tuition and entrance to cultural events for 30% (60) of extraordinary accepted applicants in Jordan and MENA (including featured Voices), and, while not guaranteed aims to provide travel scholarship funds for 10 MENA youth leaders.
The tuition fees cover:

[2] 3 Day Summit Program (includes coffee, lunch & snacks).
[3] Post Summit Showcase.
[4] Optional Field trips.
Application is opened for all people interested who are between 16 and 45 years old.
