Opportunity description
Calling all speakers of Arabic around the world! Sharek Centre, London is going to be writing some materials for teaching Arabic based around stories from the Arabic speaking world. Our storytelling competition is a way to launch some ideas for this. To enter you need to submit a video (maximum 5 minutes long) of you telling a story in Arabic. It could be traditional story or something more modern, but the important thing is that you should tell the story rather than read it so that you can look straight at the camera. Some of them will be chosen to create the materials and the best storyteller will be invited to perform the story live at our conference in November.
