Call for Solutions: Decent Jobs & Quality Employment
A competition for specialists in HR, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Sociology, as well as Labor Economists and Programmers for these fields! Submit your innovative solution(s) and take the opportunity to implement your solution, with a reward of 20,000 EGP for each challenge, in a factory or organisation.
Participants need to analyze one or more of the 3 business cases below pertinent to HR issues, and develop creative and feasible recommendations for the solution seeking organizations before 25 Feb 2017:
- 1. How can factory owners in Suez establish a Performance-Related Pay system?
- 2. How can the National Employment Pact (NEP) reach out to more blue-collars?
- 3. How can the workers in the factories of Port Said be more collaborative?
