Hands Along the Nile Services (HANDS), a non-profit US organization dedicated to improving the relationship between Egypt and the USA, is offering a professional exchange program. If you are working in the field of women's empowerment and already have some experience, then the Professional Fellowship program could help you develop your organization further. The program would introduce you to new implementation practices and mechanisms for campaigns, projects etc. The program is divided into two rounds. The first round involves working in an American organization based in the Washington D.C. area, Pennsylvania and Seattle for one month and attending the Professional Fellows Congress in Washington, DC. The second round involves your organization hosting an American women for one month and continuing to work on projects started in the first round.
